A visit to an emergency or specialty hospital can feel overwhelming. We want you to know what to expect.

For emergencies, our team evaluates pets based on medical urgency. Pets with life-threatening concerns are seen first so they can be stabilized as quickly as possible.

For specialty appointments, our doctors review your pet’s medical history, previous test results, current symptoms, and your veterinarian’s referral information. We then discuss diagnostic and treatment options with you.

In both situations, we focus on clear communication, compassionate care, and helping you make informed decisions.
